Collection: Lost Coast Paintings

This collection was inspired by walking the Lost Coast Trail in June 2021, south of Eureka north of California, with its volcanic black sand, grey skies and simplistic terrain. The trail took 4 days to walk, timing the passing with the tides, falling asleep with the sea lions, drinking with the deer on the rivers falling into the sea... And even though the colors were minimal, I had a great sense of fully living in the moment.
