The background of this painting is multi layers with recycled paper glicée, gold powder and red metallic leaf which gives it a wonderful glow and acrylic paint. I did silk screen the corn and added some more texture using silkscreening techniques. This is a fun and bright piece, would be great in a kitchen. 12 x 9 x 2.5 inches.
I would say this piece revealed itself through the process of the search from beginning to end. The artist's process sometimes you do not know where you will end up.
